What we offer is comprehensive professional service in finding you a property that most fits your needs, eliminating the need to keep looking as we will keep you updated with any new developments. Knowing what a nightmare it can be to find your ideal property, we aim to take the weight off your shoulders and do the work for you.

Properties

With our extensive range of properties to rent across South Wales we will be able to find the property that you need. All properties have had full checks and adhere to our strict guidelines aimed to protect you the tenant.

Viewings

All viewings are accompanied by a member of our team. Viewings can be arranged out of hours if required, due to people working long days and shifts. Saturdays included. Transport can be provided to the viewings if necessary by one of our team in one of our courtesy cars.

Application

Once you have decided upon a property, we will help you through the next stage of securing it. We can provisionally secure the property by filling out the application form and deciding on when you want to move in and the length of the tenancy.

Checks

Checks will be undertaken on behalf of the landlord to verify your suitability. These checks include a credit reference agency search, previous landlord reference and an employer's reference.

Bond

A bond of one month's rent will be required prior to moving in. The bond will be placed in a designated account in accordance with government guidelines.

Rent

Rent is payable monthly and does not include bills unless otherwise stated. First month's rent is paid prior to moving in. Rent thereafter is paid via direct debit into our company account monthly in advance.
